Max-OT not for me?

Hi,

Ok, lets begin. i have been working out on and off at home (using free weights) for over a year now, im 19 years old 5'8 and 12 stones, the thing is, i have recently decided to take things a bit more seriously(thinking about adding serious mass) and have chosen a gym around my area, to make a fresh start from what i have been doin at home, i went browsing for a decent exercise plan, after searching these forums, i read somewhere that the Max-OT plan was a pretty decent one, so i started looking through it and was very excited about it all, it is all set out over the period of 12 weeks, at least this way i have a set goal to work towards, rather than the 'cheap' workouts i used to do at home.

the only thing that has set me back from this exercise, is the fact you have to use 5 supplements.

VP2 Whey Isolate
Ny-Tro PRO-40
Creatine HSC
GL3 L-Glutamine
Dymetadrine Xtreme

To be honest, i barely have enough money for uni and food, let alone buying 5 of these products regularly on top of that, can someone please direct me to just 'one' affordable product that will be as effective (or close enough) as those five in the MAX-OT exercise plan (keeping in mind i want to add lean mass/bulk).

thanx for your help.

Forget the supplements and spend the money on food. You'll have better results from a lot of calories than putting a bunch of supplements down your throat.

Thanks, that helps alot. i posted on another forum and no1 reply'd, well at least now i know which forums i should be on, anyway, how many calories do u recomend i take for gaining mass, keeping in mind, alothough im not skinny, i loose what i eat really quickly, i heard 4k was a good amount?
