Hello, I am looking for opinions/reviews on this diet? Has anyone heard of this diet or tried it? Personally, I have been losing slow but steady the hard way, through exercise and healthy choices and have no plans of changing because I want this be a lifestyle change, not another yo yo diet. However, numerous persons from my work are following it and it claims to help you lose 3-4 lbs/week for women and 5-7 lbs/week for men, which you would complete in 4 stages. Looks like another rigid (extremely low cal, low carb, high protein) diet that forces you to purchase their products to be "successful" and it doesn't seem very healthy to me, especially because of the how low cal it seems to be. I hope to educate the people at work on this (they want to me to hop on the wagon with them, but I'm hesitant) and would appreciate feedback. Thanks
