Sport Massive liquid craps after workout!!!

My friend wanted me to post this for him. he needs help

Every day after I work out I get stomach pains and I end up going the bathroom about 5 times within the hour. Its a liquid type of crap. But its only after my workout. I take a mass builder before workout and cell tech creatine after workout with BCAA's.

The other few times I crap during the day are solid and fine. And I don't think its the supplements because on days I don't work out I never have liquid craps and i'm taking the same supplements.

PLEASE HELP!! whats wrong?

Your 'friend'. Possibly the amount of water your drinking? Try getting rid of the supplements for a week and see what happens. If it continues consult your doctor immediately.
 
could be IBS...could be the damn shake.

I used to buy pre-mixed MASS Recovery drinks, basically some whey and maltodextrin. 60 mins after drinking one I'd go spray the toilet bowl in agony.

tell your friend to evaluate his supplement lineup. may not be enough fiber, may be a weight gainer causing it.
 
He just wants to make sure this isn't interfering with his bulking. he says he can handle the stomach pains and liquid craps after workouts. he doesnt want to stop taking supplements cause he's see good progress.
 
frequent Liquid craps are bad for the body. They deplete the body of Potassium as well as a few other nutrients.

This could lead to a Sodium/Potassium unbalance which will hurt your athletic performance and health.
 
liquid craps could also be robbing your friend of the nutrients he's ingesting. if they pass thru the gut too quickly, you get poor absorption...which means wasted money on supps.
