Mass Building Supplement

I'm looking for a recommendation on a weight gainer supplement. Been using EAS Premium Protein for about six months and achieved my weightloss goal. Now moving to a mass building plan. Want a powder with more calories and a better balance of the macros to help boost my daily caloric intake.... especially during the work week. Any info/suggesstions/reviews would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you must use a Mass Gainer, I'd go with Opticean by atlargenutrition.com

honestly though, I'd just try to eat more food. Either way don't rely too heavily on the weight gainer. Too many servings a day will leave you stuck on the toilet.

I'm having 2 - 3 protein shakes a day right now... of the EAS Premium. Was thinking of just substituting the higher calorie shakes in for those during the build process. Is 2 - 3 daily (3 on workout days) too much? ... or is it just a matter of how the gut handles it?

Thanks a lot for the advice Malkore. Much appreciated!

Whole food is always better...but when life gets in the way a shake is ok (and better than 99% of protein bars on the market).

if the gut handles it (meaning you're not spraying every time you take a dump) then your body is doing ok with it. you can add a fiber supplement like FiberSure or Benefiber powder to help slow digestion a bit.

would definitely not go over 3 a day.
