As always, Pick a target and go with it!

I'm sticking to Saturdays still, so might be a week out of others but hey :)

Turned up the target loss a bit to see how it goes, probably will fail with easter but worth a try :D

I ended off horribly last month (even with a great week of eating properly) and once again did not make my goal (haven't made one yet!) so lets hope I can make it this month.

Think I might have been a touch dehydrated today but I will take it and made my goal!!!! As long as I don't gain weight before end of the month haha!

Not entirely sure what happened this week. Had a four pound spike a few days ago that there wasn't a great explanation for. Oh well.

Want to push it now and make 272 by the March 31. I break the 100 pound barrier at 275.

Whoops! Forgot to update this. Stayed the same last week. It's not looking promising for this week either, even though I was on track with calories.

Weight has been jumping around like crazy the last few weeks. The underlying trend still looks pretty good though.

One week left. I think I can still reach 272.

Ive been falling off the accountability wagon lately. I've been watching my diet but slipped up quite a bit in the last week and haven't been reporting it consistently due to family obligations. Altho my goal this month is 158 I will be just as happy with 160...

Finally for the first time I made one of my monthly goals but boy was it a struggle after that first week! Would love to have another 'woosh' soon. Good job to everyone else getting good weigh ins!

Sadfully March got kind of ruined with my dad passing away, but hey will just have to work harder in April, and look at the positive that I haven't put on masses!
