You can't target fat loss. Eating a reasonable amount of healthy food and exercising will help you lose weight and some of that weight will come from your chest.

If its just because of excess fat then yes you have to burn it all however it's not uncommon that some men have certain conditions which prevent them from fully getting rid of man boobs, In those cases you need plastic surgery.

Here is a website that explains it all for you with pictures.

Before plastique there might also be a hormone treatment that doesn't involve narcosis and blades... but I think that depends on your age, go talk to a doctor! don't listen to internet diagnosticians and trolls like me and well.. me!

Losing Weight doesn’t Means Eating Small Portions

Most of as are all brainwashed into believing that losing weight or dieting means eating tiny portions of food/spending hours exercising. What goes in you brain of what you perceive of yourself is what comes out. For instance fat people always think they are fat hence the thoughts have powerful hormones that process this information again some foods have higher content of more calories than others, i.e. Pastry constitutes higher calories compared to a whole plateful of chicken, vegetables and potatoes.

[horrible vision] Seeing my moobs jiggle in the reflection of my patio doors as I ran down my deck steps [/ end horrible vision] was my first warning I needed to lose a little weight.

Thankfully, in my case, they were one of the first things to go when I cut down on breakfast bars and muffins! That combined with more gardening :)

My boyfried has those even at 160 lbs which is slim for him he had man boobs I think it's genetics my suggestion is just like women we do exercises for our bust try some of those maybe it will help. lifting weights, push ups this might help you my boy friend does that and his is not as big as they use to be you could see the difference and the more you build muscle and lose weight the less apparent they will be.

I think theres something in the water- I'm not sure where your from but I know here in the UK they have done tests and found oestrogen (from the birth control pill) in the water. I would imagine this messes with most people and especially any parts of the body related to it such as where fat is laid (around the chest: front and back) hips, thighs, face and bottom. I really wish they'd do something to at least filter it out of the water (which at present they cannot do- not even in bottled mineral water) or at least present a warning on the water we drink!

I've had that problem (moobs) most my life. Pardon me...most my fat adult life. But looking back, they were almost gone when I was thin. Now that I am older, they are even more noticeable....so, thats one of the reasons I've started eating better. And after losing about 16 lbs, theres already a big difference. 225 > 209.

I am also concentrating a bit more on exercises that are geared to the pecs. And I think, while these exercises don't do anythng to the actual fat on the chest, they do make the pecs appear better if that makes sense.

As already mentioned, see a doctor if you are concerned about gynecomastia.
