I'll just get into it then.
I am 5'9", 175Lbs, 21 years old and obviously male. As most of you are guessing, I have manboobs, bitch-tits, moobs or whatever awesome name you want to give 'em. This has to change.
I believe I have over-developed my lower chest during the course of my workouts. I say this because when I look in the mirror I see tits, however I can easily flex them causing them to become rock hard. My strategy at this point is to stop exercising my lower chest completely, concentrate on cardio (interval) to burn fat and working out my upper chest to... balance things out.
The reason I came to this forum is to ask if you all would suggest good upper chest exercises I can do around my neighborhood. There is a park I can go to with a jungle gym for pull-ups or whatever. Also, if anyone can give a time-frame of how long it will be before I can notice a sizeable difference, that would be great. I'm moving to a new university late this month (August) and I'd be really happy if I could be flat-chested by then!
On a side note, I eat a LOT of chicken. When I say a lot, I mean with most meals. During my research (granted a lot of that was done with Google) I've seen suggestions that copious amounts of chicken can cause breast development and that makes sense to me. I've considered dropping chicken from my diet and moving to red meats as they're supposedly less hormone-rampant. Thoughts?
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to help.
