Man "V"

Anyone know of any good exercises that can get you a great "v", also called ***** lines. my girlfriend loves those and mine arent as good as i want them to be.
 
well i guess i can't refer to male genitalia....anyway they are the hip lines i guess you can call em

He is talking about the defined like that is below your ab muscles. It is shaped like a "V" or a "U". Basicly leads to your.....well you know.....your part! ALL women think that is vary attractive and will flock to you if you have a well defined one.

Like abs in general the 'V' (the space between your lower abdominal muscles and your hip bones) is made visible by lowering body fat level. Once your body fat level is low enough it will show and then can be enhanced by doing leg lifts, situps, etc to develop the lower abs and hip flexors. I like hanging (from a chin-up bar) leg lifts. You can start with knee ups, then progress to straight leg raises and later add weights to your ankles to increase the resistance.
 
I have a well defined V muscle. How i got it was that i used to be not overweight but fatter then i wanted to be. Then i worked out hard on my abs and watched what i ate and i got this. Thats just how i got mine i don't know how to actually get it.
