Making Shakes The Night Before

Hey everyone I just have one question. Is it alright if I make my shakes the night before (MRP shakes, protein shakes) or are they only good in milk/etc. for a certain amount of time? Thanks, and btw I'll be posting my nutrition info later on in a different thread probably.

I don't see what not I am not particular sure but you could in the morning just put the protein powder in mix it and out you go.

Ok, sounds cool thanks. I've been doing it for about a month anyways and its been alright but I'll probably just mix it in the morning while i'm eating anyways.

I have huge tubs of whey, weight gainer, dextrose etc.

I get a small tub (size of an average glass with a lid on) and put the powders in there.

So as soon as I have finished at the gym, I get my tub of magic, then mix put it in my shaker with water and then i am sorted.

Try mixing your powders at night so when you get up all you have to do is mix it with water.

Same here. I take my insanely awesome Nalgene bottle at night, mix in my whey and dextrose and close it. I put it in my sports bag with a bottle of water and when I'm done lifting, I add water and BAAM a perfect PWO shake. Very simple.

It's not uncommon for me to premix and store my stuff in such a way that I end up drinking spoiled whey/milk shakes, so any way you mix and store it is pretty much okay in my book.

As for the nutrition content itself...I have no idea. Do the proteins break down? Is there (for a lack of a better term) some kind of half-life to the protein?

So long as it is in an air tight container, kept in the dark and in the fridge it should be good for alt east 3 days.
