Hi guys, I'm new to this site and the whole reason I'm joining is so that I can share my journey with you. I want to lose weight, I really do however I always struggle as I've come to love food so much. Every diet I try I fail and I just need some motivation. I'm sick of being unhappy with my body. I'm 11 stone and 10 pounds right now and trying to get to 10 stone and 7 pounds. Anyone got any recommended diet plans? Exercise tips? Anything that will help me with my journey?
