Weight-Loss Making a low-calorie granola?

I LOVE granola and yogurt, but granola is super high in calories. Any advice on how to make a low-calorie batch?
 
Appropriate serving sizes, for one.

Since granola is already pretty high in calories, it's best not to consume too much in a given day. Aside from that, I refrain from mixing too many sugary and fatty things in with granola and just eat it as is.
 
Check out Meusli, it's no or very low sugar, though it is not really a diet food, it has helped me a lot to balance my blood sugar and lose weight. It has so much less sugar than most granolas.
