easy slimming
Yup! Do agree that the slimming/ dieting method must be easy and enjoyable that it will naturally be incorporated as part of our daily life and action. That's when it'll be the most effective.
This method works well for me :-
Breakfast like a king
Lunch like a queen
Dinner like a pauper
Around the evening, our metabolism slows down and to have a heavy and late dinner means that the fat will get accumulated longer in our body! So, refrain from a heavy dinner and a supper is definitely No-NO .
Try to avoid or reduce carbohydrates in the evening meal too (that means the potatos, rice, pasta etc. Follow the oriental way of drinking a green tea after every meal . That's rich in antioxidants and also helps in enhancing digestion.
And last but not least, starving is not the way to go. Your body will kick in automatic survival mindset if there's not enough food, meaning our body will store fats EVEN MORE! ( now you know why it's hard to lose those last few pounds you are trying desparately to shed despite starving like anything eh. [

It's best to have small regular portion throughout the day. When our body had the signal that food is fed into it, it will kick start it's metabolism and results in more efficient food burning throughout the day.
These tips offer a pretty good way to lose the flab too.
