hello
it is a really very very big problem I want to lose weight in my butt its very embarrasing cuz im a guy & i have a big butt

please tell me how to get a skinny small a** or butt please :(:cry:
 
You can't spot reduce. If you want to lose weight in your backside, you need to lose weight overall - unfortunately your body decides on it's own where to take the fat from. If you lose weight overall, your backside should eventually reduce size as well. :)
 
should i do gluteus(butt) strength excersices or no just dont do any excersice to my lower body ?
because i have big thigh and butt and i really want to lose it :(

First off let me say I love your picture. XD
Anyway, There's no such thing as spot reducing.
Just work out for thrity minues a day and it should reduce itself. Also
try to aviod fatty foods.
It's just a matter of eating right I suppose.
 
I believe the exercises you were referring to do a good job of tightening muscles. It doesnt' do much in the way of weight loss/fat loss however.
 
Walk..... a lot.......
I think walking will help you the most out of any exercises.... but again, spot reducing doesn't work, but walking will tone your butt the best.
 
Doing regular physical activity and cleaning up your diet should help, but it will take time. As others have already said, you cannot spot reduce. You'll need to reduce your overall body fat in order to see some changes in the size of your butt.
