maintaining not gaining

okay, i want to start taking somthing that will help maintain my weight. I am/was a swimmer but now that i've grauduated from high school and swimming is over, i fear that i'll start to gain weight if i'm not in the pool constetnly, cuz i'm not planing on swimming a whole lot. So is there anything out there that i can take or do that wont take up a lot of time and still be able to maintain my shape?

hmm...if you're looking to maintain...a substitute for swimming is a total body workout about 3 times a week mixed with a little cardio about 2-3 times a week. Each total body workout takes about an hour and cardio can be done for about 30 minutes. You may get in even better shape if you don't let yourself go on your diet.

No, there is nothing you can 'take' to maintain. you either need to get some physical activity, or reduce your calorie intake so the excess doesn't store as fat.
