Sport maintain weight

i just lost around 30 lbs and i keep losing weight but i dont want too so should i add more calories to my diet?

this is how i eat now

breakfast:
bowl of cerceal
granola bar
bagel or english muffin

lunch:
pita with chicken
vegatables
pretzels

dinner:
pasta
salad
apple

snack:
rice cake and an apple or popcorn

what should i change to be able to maintain my weight?
