I heard that while on a low carb diet, Magnesium is a great supplement. What kind do I need to buy? How many mg should I be taking a day ?
Well, I found the moment I eat anything that has carbs, like old fashioned Oatmeal, or Ezenkel Bread, I put on a pound or two....I hate that!!!! So, I try to avoid them. I'd rather eat lots of veggies.
