Magnesium

I heard that while on a low carb diet, Magnesium is a great supplement. What kind do I need to buy? How many mg should I be taking a day:confused: ?
 
I take ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium Aspertate), so you kill two birds with one stone since most people are deficient in these two.

From what I read, zinc will normalize rather quickly, but magnesium takes longer.
 
Basically a mixture of South Beach & Fat Flush. Just no breads, pasta or rice, but I am eating 1 fruit a day & lots of veggies... There are different types of Magnesium, but I don't know the difference!
 
Well, I found the moment I eat anything that has carbs, like old fashioned Oatmeal, or Ezenkel Bread, I put on a pound or two....I hate that!!!! So, I try to avoid them. I'd rather eat lots of veggies.:)

Then do so. Get a good mix of leafy greens, cruciferous and others.
I tend to avoid oatmeal and bread except pre and/or post workout.
