Sport Lunch

Hey everyone

Thank you for checking my question out it means alot to me in this time of curiousity.
I have been wondering what I should be doing for lunch while I am at college; I have a supermarket across the road which is handy as I can get my grapes and fruit salad for breakfast to wake me up, I am bulking (and my excercise and weights have helped me alot here) But I want to get my diet side of things better as I want this to help me in my bulking up. So out of all the lunch time stuff I can make such as sandwiches and so on what should i do?

i usually cook some past and tuna and chicken the night before so i can have. pasta n tuna with mayo for mid morning snack, 2 or 3 chicken legs for lunch and peanut butter sandwhiches for the afternoon just put it in a container and ur good to go
