Sport Lunch ideas?

Sport Fitness
What are some good healthy lunch ideas that require little to preferably no cooking? I'm trying to figure out some things to recommend to someone who as of right now, does not like really any type of sandwich/cold cuts and usually has no time to cook. Keep in mind, she also doesn't like tuna or oatmeal.

Thanks :)

I eat a natural peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat just about ever day with fruit.

Thanks. Do you know of any natural PB's that don't need to be mixed and DON'T have any crap like HFCS in them? I know Skippy makes an all natural one, but I'm not sure what's in it.

Anyone else?
