I've tried the diary thing before with different programs I've tried. I don't know if it will help me but I will try. I started back on my diet and exercise last week, and it was going well. I've beaten the cravings, most of the time. I'm having trouble with drinking so much water, I tend to retain a lot of water. I've tried to slowly increase my water intake. This weekend went well until today when my family went to a buffet for my Grandma's birthday. I ate alot of salad, veggie soup and fruit to try and avoid the other stuff. I've also signed up to join the club on Wed. I just wanted to say thanks for all of your help so far, it has really helped.
