Ok well im going to be bulking for about 8 weeks (maybe more if i think i need to) But anyway, im going to the gym tomorrow if i can move my arms more than i can today. I will be going every alternate day so i have a day rest in between the days i am at the gym.
Ill post my workout plan tomorrow and i mite also be getting some protien powder or something if i find some money.

Oh and after my bulking period i will be doing some majour cutting
