lowered my metabolism

Hello everyone:):waving:! New to this site. My name is Amanda. I am currently 140 lbs at 5'3ish" and want to drop down to 115 to 120 lbs. A few years ago in my early 20's I ate on average 500 calories per day and worked out like crazy. I dropped down to 90 lbs. That..along with being in my late 20's now..has caught up with my metabolism:banghead:. My goal is to rid my diet of processed foods and be a healthier me. Now that the major holidays are over, hopefully this goal will be attainable. Two more reasons for this lower weight is to not have to buy a size up, but rather a lower size if need be, and to be lighter on my bicycle (which hopefully will make me faster).
