Lower Abs

I have always seem to hold fat in my lower abs what is an exercise that will help with only lower abs?

Roman chair lifts and leg lifts while on a bench will work them... but... they're not going to burn your lower abs fat off, you can't spot reduce like that, it has to melt away along with everything else.

OKay great, thanks for your reply. Can you be more specific as to what a roman chair lift is? Thanks!

Well, crap... I told you wrong, gots my names mixed up. It's the thing where you elevate yourself vertically then put all your weight on your forearms and your feet are dangling. You then pull your knees up while letting your shins stay vertical, or lock your thighs and pull your entire legs up to horizontal.

A roman chair can be used for situps but it's most often used for your lower back, it's like a reverse situp.

I wouldn't worry about "sculpting" your abs until you shed the body fat first. You can't target where you lose from, as Corn said above. We all genetically store fat in a predetermined fashion. And the first place it goes on is usually the last place it comes off.

There is no point at all in doing an exercise that specifically targets your problem area. Physiology does not work like this.
