Sport Low Low Carb Diet with training

Sport Fitness
So I have been trying a new diet/training regime and I am finding it difficult. My goal is to cut down about 10kg and then bulk. I am 24 6 ft 5 220lb.

summary: fasted cardio, then no carbs until a pre-workout meal in the afternoon (starchy carbs) looks like this:

6 AM
coffee, black
30 min cardio (ride to work)

7AM breakfast
protein meal, no carbs, a little fat

10AM- work 1
protein meal as above

1PM - work 2
protein meal as above

4PM - work 3
protein and low-GI carbs meal

6PM - 30 mins cardio (ride home from work)
- 1 hr weights full body

7-pm simple carbs/protein meal

9-pm fat/protein meal

I am around a 500 cal deficit

It has only been a week. Thing is I am finding it psychologically and physically overwhelming. Can anyone comment on this, specifically the diet as I find it very hard to go without carbs until the afternoon - I have always had plenty of carbs for breakfast regardless of fasted cardio.

I am feeling weak and my energy levels during training have been dropping all week - as if I was not having enough carbs pre workout - although I am getting around 100g carbs (wholegrain rice) pre workout

Your problems are why I don't suggest low low carb diets. They drain you...you can't perform...your brain doesn't even work right on super low carb diets!

carb cycling is a better idea. give yourself moderate carbs on the days you weight train. On the days you don't, those are your 'really low' carb days.
Your diet is a little vague...are you eating plenty of non-starchy veggies with those protein meals all morning? you should. you need the fiber to move all this protein out of your gut, plus it'll help you feel less hungry.

try something more like 1g per pound of LEAN body mass (subtract your fat weight) on the days you weight train, with carbs both pre and post workout mostly. On the days you don't weight train, keep total carbs around 60-70g, with 30g of that coming from fiber (so like 1/2 cup rice, adn the rest is all veggies).

Thanks for your response

Yeah man, I eat veggies with the protein meals, some days I have a 'fibrex' pancake which is almond meal/psyllium husk/etc. with egg whites.

I have a problem with the veggies - the ventilation around the microwave at work is non-existant - and don't like eating the veggies cold, but I don't want to stink up the whole place by putting the veggies in the MW

Has anyone had a similar problem?
