Hi there~ I am new here and have been trying to find a group that is following a low glycemic diet plan. Is there one around here?

Basics when on low GI
No sugary foods (Chocolate etc)
Limit fruit and eat Low GI fruits if possible Apples , Strawberries etc
Stay away from banana ,grapes (high in Sugar) (Fructose)
Stay away from Fruit juice Its basically just glasses of sugar.
Bread, Pasta, Potatoes ,Rice anything White avoid Go wholegrain . Try not to eat these food Once or twice a week . Wholegrain Wraps are OK Now and again .
Eat Green veggies . Loads and Loads .
Eat Meat,Eggs,fish, Plenty of it
Diet drinks are OK , but if you can avoid them do so
Try and limit milk intake . In coffee and tea is OK . No sugar tho .
Milk is 1/3 Sugar lactose
