Sport Low carbohydrate foods with high thermic efficiency

Sport Fitness
Hopefully somewhere in the vast pool of knowledge in this site there is some information on protein/fat foods with relatively high thermic efficiencies.

By thermic efficiency I mean the amount of work (caloric expenditure) that the body has to commit to process the food.

Background: by eating foods with high thermic efficiencies the body needs to expend more calories to process the food therefore increasing overall caloric expenditure.

To make it a bit easier lets include fibrous carbohydrates.

Cheers
