I can eat eggs, but besides that I don't meat. Not due to religion or a lifestyle but because I simply don't like the taste at all (and feel kinda disgusted that i'm eating an animal :x)
So this has left me wondering.. how do I start a low carb diet without meat? Any of the lowcarb diets i've seen include meat such as bacon/chicken etc.. someone please help me, I really wanna lose weight.
