Sport Low carb Breads and Soy crisps

From a high protein low carb stand point what do any of you think low carb bread or soy crisps. As I've mention before I only take in heavy carbs like whole grains and what not on days I practice Hung Gar. On other days I mainly get my carbs from fruits and veggies. So basically I was wondering if it's ok for me to eat low carb bread and soy crisps on days I dont practice Hung Gar?
