Sport Low Calorie, Healthy Snacks/Lunches That Keep You Full?

Sport Fitness
Hi guys, I'm new here, nice to meet you all :D

I was just wondering if you could give me some suggestions or advice on what I can have to eat whilst I'm at work?

Basically I'm female, 23, around 5'6 and I weigh 8"13 (57kg).

Since November last year I have had a complete overhaul of my diet and attitude towards exercise. I used to weigh 10"4, eat unhealthily and too big of portion sizes and did very little exercise. I feel really good about myself now and am aiming to maintain my weight and generally just tone up. I used to be a regular gym goer but can't rejoin until the end of this month when I get paid from my new job so I've been running instead. Usually 3, sometimes 4 times a week and normally around 5/6k each time.

Three weeks ago I started a full time job. My shifts are normally 7 and a half hours a day and I get two half hour breaks.

Now this is where I need help with food. I normally have a sandwich on brown wholemeal bread for lunch with meat and salad on it and maybe a piece of fruit or yoghurt to go with it, this is normally on my first break. For my second break I will have something like a Weetabix bar and maybe another piece of fruit or something like that to go with it but I find that because I'm having two breaks spaced out, I feel like I'm snacking on too many different things that make the calories add up so that I don't have much left for dinner when I get home and that don't keep me full anyway. Depending on how busy work is, the breaks could be really spaced out or quite close together.

I have Weetabix cereal in the morning which always keeps me going until first break, normally about 3 hours later, but it's just the break where I don't have a sandwich or a wrap that don't keep me full that are the problem.

Anybody have any suggestions for food that are pretty low in calories but that are filling? We have a microwave and such in work so hot food that can be done quick is also welcomed.

I'm trying not to go over a calorie intake of around 1400 a day, but of course this changes if I go running after work.

Thanks very much to anybody who can help!

Your diet seems heavily slanted towards starchy processed carbs. Try to get the majority of your calories from protein sources (eggs, meat, fish, dairy, nuts, etc.) and vegetables and low glycemic index fruits. Boiled eggs, tuna fish, nuts, Greek yogurt, carrots, celery, orange, grapefruit, strawberries, etc can all be easily packed and taken with you.

The list above contains most of my go to items. I would typically have apples over citrus fruits and I often bring cheese (a serving of cheese is about the size of your thumb). I usually bring a salad or homemade soup (veggies/lean meat in broth), both low calorie, yummy, and loaded with veggies.
