I've read through many of the posts and I can't seem to find one that pinpoints what I need. Everyone knows that there is so much health advice out there, that one can get dizzy from the enormity of it. Well, I've tried to go on common sense by just eaing right and exercising. The latter part has me the most confused, I think. I've only been working out now at the gym for about two months so I can't expect much, but surely I would see some decrease in my love handles? I'm 33, 5'3", and roughly 115 lbs. I don't feel fat, but I definitely know that gravity has taken its toll. From exercising I feel better, my clothes fit better, so I know that something is working. But why has there been no difference in my love handles? Is there something particular I should be doing? My workout right now is 45 minutes of weight training (arms, legs, crunches), then onto cardio with about 20-30 minutes of running slightly more than a jog, then the remaining minutes (totalling an hour) of fast walking 4 times a week. What should I be doing??? Also, I'm eating a lot of complex carbs, fruits, and veggies. Could it be the beer or wine making all the fuss? Do I have beer belly??
