love handles

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could give me some exercise advice to target love handles and a not so flat stomach. If anyone suggests sit-ups please can you talk me through how to do them properly i.e should you puts your hands either side of your head without touching your head or keep them straight out in front of you.

yea what ur gonna wanna do to get rid of your love handles is lose body fat. its just starting to get known that if u wanna get abs u need to lose body fat. if you check around the board or go to a trainer u can get some info on how to do it.

doing crunches won't eliminate body fat from ur stomach
