I am 17 years old and I am currently having a problem with my muffin top, especially my love handles.
The thing is, I am skinny. I have a flat stomach, skinny legs, and I am a size 4-6 in US clothing. This makes my love handles accentuate even more, making me more insecure.
My biggest problem is when wearing tight fitted dresses. My prom is coming up and I love those sexy tight gowns. But my love handles make tight fitted dresses so unflattering.

I have exercised and eaten very strictly but they still show. I have even seen overweight women wear tight fitted dresses but it still looks great on them.
What do I do?
