Sport lots of milk instead of lots of water

i know you need to get alot of water when you work out (not just during the workout, but in general) but right now i drink alot of milk, not water, like, if im thirsty i drink a glass of milk or two and for most meals i drink milk.
it doesnt have to be pure water you get right? and i guess milk has alot of water in it. so i guess my question is i should be drinking lots of water or lots of milk? i dont drink ONLY milk offcource, i get some water too.
 
water - calorie free
milk - not calorie free

As long as you're tracking your diet and the milk isn't causing too many calories for your goals, its fine.

Of course I am assuming fat free skim milk.
