for some reason in the past week I keep getting a lot of gas, I go to te restroom over 8 times a day, for example yesterday I eat a bowl of Cheerios with 2% milk in the morning, later I eat a bannana, in the afternoon I eat a protein bar, then a mango smoothie at jamba juice with a protein boost. when I got home I eat two sandwiches with only a slice of turkey, tomato and lettuce. that's it. but I get tons of gas all day, any idea what would cause that, or what I need to change in my diet to stop that. might it be the milk. the milk and the protein is what has changed in my diet when all this started.
