Sport lots of Gas? restroom 8 times a day ????

for some reason in the past week I keep getting a lot of gas, I go to te restroom over 8 times a day, for example yesterday I eat a bowl of Cheerios with 2% milk in the morning, later I eat a bannana, in the afternoon I eat a protein bar, then a mango smoothie at jamba juice with a protein boost. when I got home I eat two sandwiches with only a slice of turkey, tomato and lettuce. that's it. but I get tons of gas all day, any idea what would cause that, or what I need to change in my diet to stop that. might it be the milk. the milk and the protein is what has changed in my diet when all this started.
 
Geez, that sucks if you are so lactose you can't handle a little milk. But if that's when it started that's probably your problem.

That is one of the things that a lactose intolerance can do for sure. Try getting rid of the milk first. Not sure what type of protein Jambo Juice or the protein bar you mention use either, some protein formula's will have a fair amount of lactose.
 
Is there a certain time of the day that you start to experience issues? Are you ok when you first wake up? Oh and what protein bars are you eating?

It's probably the milk. I have same gas problems when I have a slight bit of dairy. I am using soymilk now with my cereal.
 
your diet is severely lacking in vegetables, and thus, fiber.

eat more veggies. you have a lot of food in your gut taking forever to pass. that'll build up gas too.
