Hello all
I live with my mom, we're latino(dominican), and my mom doesn't really know any 'diet" foods.I'm just looking for some tips on what to and what not to eat..is long white rice ok to eat? how about grilled chicken? turkey? how about all these "low fat/fat free" foods on the market? low fat cheese, mayo etc, should I trust them? I really have no idea what to eat..everywhere I look theres fat junk food..and I'm not really fond of vegetables
