lost weight, now i need to tone up

Hi everyone

im in the process of losing lots of weight. Ive already lost 5 stone this year and am aiming for 6-7 stone by Christmas. but i need your advice please.

my tummy is rather flabby. i know by losing another 2 stone it will get smaller, but i think i need to do excercises concentrating on my lower tummy. to make it flatter. whats the best i can do?

also. the tops of my inner thighs have loose flabby bits. whats the best excercise to get rid of these areas?

Hello! Although there isn't any conclusive data to suggest that spot-reducing through exercise cannot be done, it is quite common in the bit more informed fitness circles to be thought as impossible.

As for diet, I think there are better people to answer that than me.

all I want is advice on the best way to tone up my tummy and inner thighs.

Cardio, clean diet, crunches and weight training. Search around for these and you will find a lot of helpful information in these forums.

Clean diet, weight training, cardio, like thedevil said. What I was saying is that if you want your tummy to be leaaner, then you'll just have to get leaner all around. There's no best exersices for toning up your tummy and inner thighs.
