Hi everyone!
I'm new to this entire website... so hello!
But I'm having a weight loss dilemma...
I started my journey little over a year ago (July 2012) and I was 14, 162 lbs, and 5"2...
I was losing weight the healthy way, (0-2 lbs a week) until about April. I was 118 lbs at my lowest weight... I haven't been AS restrictive, but I haven't been eating over 1500 calories (besides cheat days). Now, I weigh 135... I have weighed 135 for at least 3.5 months... This is extremely frustrating. I eat healthy, count every calorie, I exercise 5-6x a week... MY measurements are 36:29:35 (inches... bust, waist, hips.) Should I alter my diet or exercise routine?
My average calories in a week are 1300 calories.. 38% Carbs, 44% Fat, 18% Protein
Workouts are usually: Mile(+) warmup on treadmill.. about 10-15 mins
Then do some strength training on machines or body workouts depending on the muscle group day for about 30 minutes.
Then I'll do cardio or circuit training for about 15-30 minutes... boxing, Elliptical, pyramids, running...
Also my energy has been really low lately... I feel sluggish in the gym and I used to be full of energy in February (at my peak fitness level)
I'm so lost, it's like I don't know what I'm doing anymore... help please, thank you so much!!
