I am a gamer. Sugary drinks has always been a killer for me, used to drink a can of monster or 2 cans of redbull every day.
I cut out all of the sugary drinks and 4-5 packets of crisps I used to eat every day and 3 weeks in, I have almost lost a stone of weight.. Is this normal for the first month?
Btw, I don't starve myself, I eat 3 meals a day, good portion sizes and might walk 2-4 miles a day and do some very light cardio. P.S: I have notice I have a LOT more energy and my social anxiety has reduced substantially. My weight now is 14 stone 5"11 and my goal is 11.5 stone 5"11
