Lost almost 10 lbs in 3 weeks? Is that even possible? I'm 16 years old

I am a gamer. Sugary drinks has always been a killer for me, used to drink a can of monster or 2 cans of redbull every day.

I cut out all of the sugary drinks and 4-5 packets of crisps I used to eat every day and 3 weeks in, I have almost lost a stone of weight.. Is this normal for the first month?

Btw, I don't starve myself, I eat 3 meals a day, good portion sizes and might walk 2-4 miles a day and do some very light cardio. Now that this weight is off of me, will I need to exercise more to lose the same amount? Thank you :)

P.S: I have notice I have a LOT more energy and my social anxiety has reduced substantially. My weight now is 14 stone 5"11 and my goal is 11.5 stone 5"11
 
A little more than double the recommended weight loss, but I'm going to venture and say it was a lot of water weight so it is safe. It'll probably start going slower the less you weigh and now that electrolytes are replenished. But keep up with your current program and step it up when it's too easy! Welcome to the forum.
