Lost a good deal of weight already, but it's slowing down and I need advice

First, some info about myself.

I'm a 27 year old male, and I currently weigh 270lbs(started at 310). I'm not really going by any diet program, I've just been trying to eat less and healthier. My normal daily food intake consists of Special K cinnamon pecan cereal for breakfast(if I eat breakfast at all), a Campbell's soup for lunch, and a baked chicken breast, sausage, salad, or meatloaf with frozen veggies for dinner.

I ride my bike sometimes, but not as often as I should. I've been stuck at 270 for weeks now. My job keeps me inside 24/7(live-in caregiver), so any exercising I do will need to be something I can do indoors with no equipment.

I could really use some help, thanks in advance!
 
Hi and welcome.

Try creating a diary here, logging food and exercise can really help.

There's lots you can do indoors, YouTube has loads of exercise videos and there are some great DVD workouts available.
