lost 75 pounds now its winter

i went from a size44 to a size 34 over 5 months working on the carnival running u and down the superslide stairs all day and now i feel like since i havnt worked in months im gaining it back in my guy some of my upper body but not really so much kinda gettin me depressed have all my hard work go to waste because i cant do anything tht will put presure on my tail bone as from an injury from work what can i go to loose this gut i got back ?
 
I guess we all have to face up to the fact that we cannot eat as much when we are not exercising as we can when we are...

If you do a lot of exercise in the summer - but not in the winter - you will either have to eat less in the winter or exercise more then.

Clearly you can run up and down steps despite your injury (unless it is recent) so maybe you could run up and down some steps or go to a gym with a stepper.

If your injury is recent - maybe you should ask your doctor what kind of exercise is appropriate.
 
I agree. Eat less calories - which doesnt have to mean eat less. You could just eat lower calorie food. Work out the calories in what you eat and cut out the high calorie junk.
