I know I haven't been part of this community but I know what you've been trough and I would really like to help you out.
I used to be 180 pounds in 2012 and now I'm 130. I lost 50 pounds following a combined diet and workout plan and I should say it was everything but easy, but it WORKED.
I won't get into too much detail, I'm going to share with you what I personally used to lose weight but what's most important is, whatever method you use, never give up!
