Hi Guys,

It's been a while since I've been on here. Have come and gone, fluctuated in weight but have since been steady in my weight loss.

I also met this guy and although we didn't work out, it made me realize that I had to continue working on myself (personally, physically and professionally) in order to continue being happy.

I have been swimming regularly with the local swim club (3 times a week, 3km/80 min workouts)

Given that it's the nice season over here, I also try to bike TO and FROM work when the weather allows it.

Knowing that winter is coming and that I will soon be getting a car, I am trying to incorporate a bit more of running in my days as the biking will greatly diminish once I get a car.

I have attached pictures of my current state. I would have to see and look for older pics at my old weight, not sure if I kept any as I hated myself at that weight.

I haven't talked much about food. I am trying not to get too crazy about my diet, although I know that diet can be as much as 80% of the solution.

I am trying to have as little carbs as possible. I have pretty much eliminated dairy and trying to have a veggies/proteins/nuts rich diet.

I am not going to lie, I am fighting everyday with potential cravings of greasy foods, chocolate, candy...but deep down know that at some point I will ween off them completely.

I am 5.4", my next weight goal would be 150lbs and my final weight goal would be 135lbs. Whether I will ever get there, I don't know. My goal is to do it in the healthiest way possible.
