Hey all, so a few years back I lost over 100 lbs and wen from around 270 to 165 lbs. Now I'm back up to 210 (although with significantly more muscle), mostly due to focusing on other aspects of my life such as work, relationships, etc.
Long story short: I'm a little rusty in the game of weight loss. I'm eating roughly 1800 calories a day to try and stay within -500 of my BMR, and I'm working out daily, but my weight just won't budge. The last time this happened, I found out I was actually starving my body.
So should I factor in my exercise into how many calories I consume? Say I burn 500 calories on the treadmill, should I then eat 2300 calories that day so that I level out at 1800 calories?
How does this work again?!
