hi..
Anyone can help me how to gain again my appetite...
I loss my appetite when I don't have enough sleep and not feeling well.. I am stress lately..
Can I take vitamins without eating or when my stomach is empty?
 
I wouldn't do vitamins on empty. Plus vitamins are designed to work with your food to be more effective. Sometimes getting your appetite back just means eating when you don't really want to. Your body still requires energy. If I've learned anything, just because you don't "feel" like it, doesn't mean you dont' need food....and a consistent flow of it. even if you just grab an apple or yogurt those times you don't feel like eating.
I know the feeling and what you're going through. Happens to me too. Try to make an effort just to eat regardless SOMEthing every 3ish hours
 
Any reason you don't have an appetite? If it's something serious then check with a doctor. If it's just because you aren't a big eater... then try your hardest to eat something small every few hours as sparrow said.

You'll notice that the more you eat, the more you'll have an appetite.
 
I gues my reason was that tiredness and lack of sleep and lots of problems to think about.. and I only eat 2 meals and 1 snack a day...

Ok thanks for the advice sparrow and training lynn....I really want to gain my appetite again...
 
Best thing you can do for yourself is focus on you :) Get into a great workout routine and eat healthy. Once you feel in control of your life... you can accomplish anthing. Best of luck :eek:

I'd agree with what Sparrow and Lynn said. I was like that and still get that way btw, and it seems like if I get motivated to get up and MOVE ! That my appetite returns to my existence once again..

Its like....if your body gets too laxidasical (sp?) , its like you don't even get the motivation to eat either. When you are doing something and you get all involved in it....whether it be just deciding to get up and move around some nicknacks in the house or whatnot....exercising of ANY kind...just MOTION..when you don't get much sleep..your body is also like....'hey just GO BACK TO SLEEP DAMMIT !'

and then you aren't all that hungry cuz your body is all WHACK .

So if you can get yourself into an eating routine....it doesn't have to be a set time every single day..if you get up late or if you get up early or whatever....just make sure and make a point to eat something within an hour of waking up...


BREAKFAST.

Eat breakfast....if you don't eat breakfast .....you won't have a normal appetite for the rest of the entire day...

EAT BREAKFAST, GET INTO A ROUTINE, AND GET SOME FREAKIN SLEEP FOR CHRISTS SAKES...

LOL!
