Losing Weigth !!!

Hi

I started dieting and was loosing about 2 pounds a week and that continued for 4 weeks after losing 8 pounds my weight remained same . I consulted doctor he advice me to do excersise to loose more weight as initial weight will be easily reduced
After 1 week of exercise i have lost 1 pound and next week i gained 3 pounds i am really worried .

My target loosing weight is 50 Pounds please help and my daily calorie in take is also less than 2000 Calories
 
Everyone's body is different so some weeks you make seem stuck, or you'll be right on track losing a few lbs. What I can say is pay close attention to what your eating, and continue working out. Since its only been a few weeks, you should check up on your weight every 2-4 weeks as you progress.
