Hi I have put on some weight. I now am 5:11 and weigh 13.5 stone
I used to weigh like 9 stone but went heavy and insane on muscle building for two years. Now I have stopped completely.
A few months back I was also running and running, doing 7 miles here and there and even ten miles occasionally. Probably twice a week. It didn't really help. I only lost 1/2 a stone doing that, then I was only back down to 13stone
I need some kind of mild weight training routing to do during the week, maybe even every day. My goal is just to lose weight all round. Can anyone please recommend something light but effective? i.e reps of situps and pressups... I used to to 350 to 400 crunches, like three times per week, but it gets boring after so many years.
Whenever i work a routine out for myself I end up training all day and get fed up with it.
