Sport Losing Weight...

Hello everyone, im 16 about 150-155 pounds. I'm a basketball player, very active, and have been watching my diet for some time now. I've cut out all sodas and real high fatty foods. Anyway, I have a cruise during spring break and want to lose some extra fat i have on my stomach. I was wondering if I should work out even more than I already am? ( I am working with my basketball team for about 2 1/2 hours each day ). And also, What should i eat? I also have a wheat allergy which totally affects my diet.
 
stick with good foods like eggs, milk, cottage cheese, chicken, lean red meat, turkey, tuna, salmon, olive oil, flax seed, natural peanut or almond butter and nuts for protein and fats?

what specific carb foods do you have to avoid?
