Losing weight when you're a picky eater

Looking to see if anyone is or was in the same position as me. I've been trying to lose weight for a while, tried lots of different diets and I've been unable to stick to anything mainly because I get bored of the foods I'm eating. I'm really fussy with food and I've tried to force myself to like lots of different vegetables but I just can't stand them. The only veg I do like is lettuce, carrot & onion. I have the same problem with meat.

How do the picky eaters like myself manage to lose weight when they only like a limited amount of healthy foods?

I always plan to get healthy food when it's time to buy the food shopping and then I can't think of anything that I actually like lol
 
I'm the same way. I'm a pretty picky eater as well. Which might be part of my weight issue. I don't like any of the healthy foods. My suggestion would be talk to a dietican or your doctor about that.
 
If your main issue is stomach area then according to me you should go for the Waist Cincher. All you need to do is just wear it for 3-4 hours in a day and you will see the difference in 3-4 weeks you will start loosing your belly fat.
 
being a picky eater can be a positive because this means you are more likely to follow an eating plan without getting bored. if you can list the few things you like to eat im sure we can come up with a great plan.
