Losing weight, just wondering if there is anything I should change about my routine/diet?

AOkay here is the deal, I am steadily losing (start at 226 weighed in this morning at 209 started my lifestyle change a month and a week ago).
Just curious if I am doing everything correctly.
Any input would be appreciated. :)
My workout is as follows:
Cardio five to six days a week, varying speeds, inclines, and lengths of time (never less than thirty minutes) on my treadmill.
I also do free weights twice a week and muscle isolation activities (crunches, pushups, calf raises, etc.) At least three times a week.
I always workout at least an hour a day.
My diet is calorie restriction 1400, and portion control.
I have also cut out all processed food and only eat fruits, veggies, lean meat, dairy, and whole grains.
Is there anything else I should do?
Thanks!

If you're losing weight and you're happy with still losing weight, then I don't really see why you would change anything. The only thing that really stands out is that your daily caloric intake seems a bit on the low side. When you get to your goal weight, I would suggest slowly increasing your daily caloric intake until your weight stabilizes. I would also focus more on weight training to make up for any muscle mass that you would have lost during the weight loss process.

ASorry about the response time, life caught up with me for a little lol.
Don't get me wrong I am happy I am losing however I want to do things correctly and not develop bad habits :)

Well, with just a sneak peek into your routine, it does seem like you're making a lot of healthy choices. For cardio, you're not just doing steady state or constant intensity - you're varying the resistance, speed, etc., and mixing up those workouts - which is good. You're doing strength training at least 3 times per week which is excellent in terms of preserving muscle mass during weight loss - try to cover all of the major muscle groups and focus on doing more compound exercises versus isolation exercises if possible. The only thing I can't really get a sense of is your daily nutrition, you want to ensure that you're receiving enough of the proper nutrients (especially protein) so that you preserve as much muscle mass as possible during the weight loss process.

There are some good guidelines set out in this article: http://body-improvements.com/resources/eat/#nutrients I would actually recommend reading the whole thing, as it has a lot of great nutritional information!

I've always struggled, as we all do, with the feelings and anxieties that are associated with being overweight/obese. Shopping was a joke growing up, I know I made it miserable for my mom. I never felt like I looked good in anything and when there was something I did like, it never fit or they didnt have my size. shopping pretty much always ended in tears for my. Needless to say, I'm not much of a shopper still.
