Iron in 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, and 45lb increments.

but seriously, Cynic's right. proper caloric intake, proper clean food choices, good macro ratios, and lifting heavy stuff.

lift heavy when cutting. heavy stuff makes your body want to hold on to the muscle when you're on a cutting cycle.
