Most people I know aren't in as good a shape as I am physically, because I make myself exercise a lot and have become quite fit, if I may say so myself, but one thing I can't seem to lose is that baby face. I don't have flabs; in fact, I'm tight and firm everywhere else, it seems, but my face. My mother tells me that I look thirteen when I'm actually sixteen, and people are usually surprised by my real age. Yes, I get it, I look a lot younger. And I know it's what they call "baby fat". It seems to run in the family too. My father is forty-five, and when I was with him, others asked him if he was married with kids, and hands down, he looks about thirty.
I have a rather chubby, flat face, and although I'm "pretty", that's pretty much all I can be. I know spot reducing doesn't work, but how can it, when everywhere else I'm fit as can be? I'll admit it, it is a question of vanity, and it has been an issue that has caused me endless frustration. I don't want to wait until I'm twenty one to look like an eighteen year old, and I don't want to wait until I'm twenty five to look at myself in the mirror and see those baby fat gone. A lot of my friends are "fat" on the body, but facially, they look much slimmer and older. I've been online and seen all those "face exercises". Some people say it works, and some people say it doesn't, and that's one sure way of becoming very confused, if there's ever been one.
